Frequently Asked Questions
Who can access patient lists or patient data?
Answer: Only those working at the practice, with rights to access patient data, can access such data. If you agree to share data in order to compare you with other doctors in different areas, only anonymous data will be sent to Medrave's Benchmark database. In all comparisons there must be at least 10 doctors or two municipalities so that each doctor is 100% sure that identification is completely impossible. As an added security, there is a built-in encryption of data in the software, and no patient-specific information leaves the medical office's servers.
Where is the data stored?
Answer: Where you want to store your data is up to you. We usually recommend our customers to store the data on a on-premise server.
